1. On Desktop right click and select New in that select Shortcut



2. A new window opens in that type the following
   For Shutdown Button type : Shutdown.exe -s -t 00(Copy and Paste The Code)

3. Click Next and in the next window name your shortcut as Shutdown if it is shutdown button or name it Restart if it is restart button

Image file is one type of file format. It is nothing but a copy of a CD or it is simply an image of CD that why it is called as an image file.
